Get a special arrangement with your company and Oracle. Bet you did not know that Oracle was doing this, but they are.
Switch to MS SQL or MYSQL Server and drop Oracle completly
Give Oracle an Ultamatim that your company will begin to reduce it's orders and renewalls until it is fully supported.
Run it anyway, we all know it works fine, and get support from VMWare directly.
