Oracle 8.0.5 on ESXi

I’m trying to install Oracle 8.0.5 on an virtual Windows 2000 server based on an ESXi infrastructure. The physical machine is an IBM  SystemX 3200 M3 model  7328-K8G.  After installing Oracle 8.0.5 the following error is generated:
